Brief Answer:
Exercise caution.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Clindamycin does not belong to the group of medicines you are known to be allergic to you. However since you are allergic to several medicines , it would be better to exercise caution when you take the first dose. Alert your doctor and be at a facility which can treat you if you develop an allergy.
