Hi!
welcome to HCM!
You seems to be having acute lymphadenitis involving right submandibular lymph node.there is an infection in your oral cavity or may be acute infection in throat.
you need to visit ENT Specialist and get your throat and oral cavity examined.
A course of antibiotics along with antiinflammatory analgesics will help you!
Hope this will help you!
Take care!
