Question: Can i use combiflam and dolo 650 for controlling pain after tooth extraction

Combiflam is commonly used as a painkiller which contains ibuprofen and paracetamol. Whereas dolo 650 contains paracetamol too. So you need not take both of these together to control pain unless it is very severe. You can take only combiflam as advised by your doctor and it should be sufficient. If the pain is not yet controlled, you can take additional dolo 650 once a day, though I believe it wont be needed.
Take antibiotics as suggested by your treating doctor.
