Can Effexor, Fluoxetine, Trazodone And Vyvanse Be Taken Together?

I am a drug addict in recovery. My drug of choice was cocaine. I have now 8 months clean; no alcohol and no drugs at all. I have been on Effexor for at least 6 years but after my relapsed (10 months ago) doctors in rehabilitation increased my dosage. I am taking 375mg of Effexor. this year i also had to go see a psychiatrist (actually 4 different one) and i have been diagnosed ADHD severe. Apparently my mother knew about me being ADHD but she chose to not medicate me since it was altering my behavior too much. So psychiatrist, after hours of questions and testing, found that i am still extremely depressed and needed more medication for this on top of my 375mg of Effexor. So he prescribed me fluoxedine 20mg. Combined to all this i am taking 100mg trazodone at night. And in regards with ADHD i am taking 40mg of Vyvanse.
Does all these medication goes along with each other? i am currently feeling very "in another world", very strange sensation... not pleasant at all... what do you think?
There is need to reduce dosage of medicines
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
First of all I like to inform you that your psychiatrist took rational decisions over time to get you back as normal as possible. But because of changing nature of illness and life events it seems there is need to reduce the dosage of current medications.
Although you need to discuss your treatment plan with your psychiatrist but if you would have been my patient my first choice will be to remove floxetine as this is the most likely medication to cause strange outside world.
My second choice will be to reduce dose of trazodone to either 75 or 50 mg as the lower dosage works well for sedation.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
