Is this her first instance of fever ?
If yes, just ask her to take Tablet Crocin ( Paracetamol ) .
Temperature above 101 degrees F that does not subside inspite of Paracetamol, should be investigated, as it can cause problems to the baby and mother.
She can repeat the tablet , one tablet now and one early in the morning.
If she is still febrile inspite of two tablets or the temperature mounts in the night, she should visit the obstetrician, and have blood investigations done such as CBC, LFT, Widal test, HIV, Hepatitis tests etc.
Does she have any other symptoms with fever such as sore throat, joint pain, headache , burning in urine , bowel problems etc ?
Also, ask her to sleep and rest a lot.
Take plenty of water, soup, broth, and eat simple home made food.
Take Vitamin C tablets also.

Sleep for atleast 10 hours in the night, and 2 hours in the daytime.
Eat small frequent meals, drink atleast 5 litres of water.
She can also drink nimbu pani, shikanji, buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juices, home made soups.
