Can Freedom Sleep Package Be Taken While On Cipralex?
Question: my son in law is on Cipralex 15mgm for PTSD. He is unable to sleep (no REM sleep). He spoke to a person who also suffered from PTSD and suggested essential oils to help him sleep e.g. Freedom sleep package from Freedom Aroma Sleep, valour .inner harmony. Are their any essential oils that would be contraindicated to take with cipralex? I am a nurse and he called me for advice
