Can HIV Be Contracted Through Bleeding During Intercourse?

Question: Hi, doctors
Couple nights ago I had intercourse with a female. We used protection, after about 3-4 min I pulled out and noticed she was bleeding heavily. I didn't think much of it I pulled the condom cleaned off and got a new one. We proceed to have sex for the second time when she was on top again used protection this time their was heavy bleeding it was on my underwear and all on my legs, I went into the shower washed it all off, while washing the blood of I took the condom off could I have been exposed to anything? The other question is she found out it was a laceration inside the vaginal wall was this my fault or does this sometimes
happen by accident due to other factors? Thank-you appreciate it.
Just wanted to add, while in the shower I washed the blood off the penis, I proceeded to take the condom off but their was still blood on top in my groin area, could the blood have entered my urethra during the washing off process? Thank you

Please explain doctor, what do you mean their is a chance for std transmission? I did not have any cuts on my body?
Brief Answer:
Details explained.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
As there were blood stains on your penis which you have rubbed off, there are chances of transmission of STDs.So there is possibility of organisms transmission ,if she is infected .Exposure of secretions or blood to genitals is a risk. There are possibilities of entry through minor abrasions or urethra.
If she is not infected there is no chance of transmission.
Also some STDs like herpes can be transmitted by skin to skin contact or intercourse or kiss.
You can better go for STDs tests to relieve you from anxiety.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
