Can HIV Be Contracted Through Masturbation?

Question: Hi Doctor. I am a male. I went for a massage yesterday. Another male massaged me. We both became horny. We masturbated each other. He ejaculated on my tummy. There was no intercourse. Can one get aids from mutual masturbation and semenal fluids ?
