Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non Penetrative Intercourse?
Question: Hello,
I recently had an encounter in which an escort who was naked grinded on my private region while I was wearing boxers. I don't know if she excreted any fluids (there was none that I could see), but I worry that due to the intense movements she was making the might have been micro-bleeding from any one of us. Am I at a risk of contacting hiv?
I didn't wear a condom at first, but then did (still under my underwear)
Any response on the above is greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Minimal risk
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question .I am Dr Matin ,and will be answering your queries.
I want to make 3 points clear first:
a) Unprotected vaginal sex carries a risk of acquisition of HIV 0.1 -1 % .
b) Frotteurism is rubbing ones genitalia against other person's genitalia . HIV can only be transferred if the other partner is an HIV + person, which is unknown in your case.
HIV transmission is very complex phenomena and it is not that easily acquired. so it appears unlikely in your scenario, still I understand , just to buy peace of mind , you may consider for doing antibody HIV test now and final on 3 months of your 'encounter'
Regards
