Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sex?

Question: I had an unprotected hand job from a masseur.

After an hour massage on my back with massage oil then she gave me a hand job also with oil and I ejaculated in her hand and then she wived me with a very wet and hot towel. She always had her full clothes on and I don't believe she ever touched her genital during this exposure.

It's been 6 days I am now worried if I am at risk of getting and STDs or HPV. Could you please help?

I see that you are concerned about getting STD from a hand job. The answer is there is no risk at all. You can not get any STD from hand sex. There is also no risk for HPV.
