HIV can occur through oral sex, though chances are very less but yes, once can contract of the partner is HIV positive.
There are cases, where people have contracted HIV through a partner who is HIV positive, but the chances of transmission are less as compared to the sexual intercourse.
The best way out in such scenario is to take ask your partner with whom you had sex to get HIV status checked. In case, that is not possible, wait for 4-6 weeks, and get your HIV Test done.
