Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Sexual Intercourse?

Question: Okay, So on Monday, I had sexual intercourse for the first time. After a week I am feeling sick, I've read online it could be symptoms of HIV, like flu, but I don't believe I have the flu, but at the same time were i live is very cold, like -5 and i wait for 20 minute buses outside in like a sweater, or at work I open and close the drive thru window like ever 50 seconds, and I'm warm then get exposed to Heat. I only have little headaches and cold, and it only started this afternoon after I did my road test and passed to get my licence? Could it be I was nervous too? Stress that I do not sleep enough time, or that I was like outside for more than 2 hours in a sweater this whole day. But the head pains are on and off; they sometimes hurt then it goes away then comes back. But my mother has vertigo attacks sometimes so maybe I will be like were with that illness. , but that could be because I'm always in shorts at home and no jacket outside.
Brief answer.....unlikely to be HIV
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms clearly suggest that you are having viral flu and not HI V symptoms because it takes at least 2 weeks after unprotected sex,to get the HIV symptoms of flu.
Since it is less than a week,it can not be HIV infection.
Just relax and move on.
Take paracetamol for body ache and fever. You should be all right soon.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
