Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
The possibility that it will change is negligible. In most people (95%) antibodies develops in first 8 weeks. And in more than 98% of people it develops within 4 months. Only in patient who have some immune system diseases ot can be prolonged to 6 months. SO you should not worry at all if you had 5 month negative test. Wish you good health. Regards
