Hello and thank you for your question.
You can take hydrocodone and acetaminophen while on lovenox. The pain medications you want to avoid are the anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen and naproxen because they can increase the risk of bleeding for patients on lovenox. Acetaminophen and hydrocodone will not do that.
If you end up on warfarin after the lovenox then you will have to avoid acetaminophen but it is fine with lovenox
