Can Hydrocodone/CPM Polistirex Suspension Cause Night Sweats?
Can this cause night sweats?
not known to have this side effect
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
This medication is a combination of hydrocodone and chlorpheniramine.
Neither of these is known to cause night sweats.
Night sweats can occur as a side effect of other medications such as prednisolone, aspirin (in some persons), psychiatric medications.
These night sweats can also occur as a result of infection, hormonal conditions, certain cancers (lymphoma, leukemia), low blood sugar, certain neurological diseases.
It is possible that the night sweats are related to the infection that you are currently fighting off.
If they continue after the infection has resolved then your doctor would need need to evaluate you to determine the cause.
