Can Hydroxycut Be Used To Lose Weight?
Weight loss
Detailed Answer:
I understand what you are saying here.
Warfarin is not known to be a medication that is implicated in weight gain.
Moreover, to the best of my knowledge, there is no published medical literature in journals of repute, that Hydroxycut is a safe and effective weight loss supplement.
There are a few weight loss prescription medications approved by the FDA. You may wish to consider these and discus them with your endocrinologist in person to see if you are a candidate for any of them.
However, it is important to ensure your thyroid is well regulated because an under-treated thyroid can result in some fat gain.
So when I see someone like you in my practice I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination :
CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4
CBC - Everything was within the normal range.
CMP - Everything was within the normal range except for
Glucose, Serum - 105 mg/dl (marginally high)
Albumin/Globulin Ratio - 2.8 (high)
Alkaline phosphatase 37 - (marginally low)
Cholesterol, Total 224
LDL 165 mg/dl (high)
HDL 42 mg/dl
LDL/HDL Ratio 3.9
TSH 3.880 uIU/ml (normal)
Thyroxine, free (T4) - 1.25 ng/dl (normal)
So, Based on this information, which FDA-Approved weight loss medications would you recommend? I do not have an Endocrinologist, So I was hoping you could suggest any weight-loss products.
Thank You for your consultation.
