What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After A Vaginal Hysterectomy And Pelvic Repair?

I had a vaginal hysterectomy and pelvic repair 9 weeks ago. Went through menopause 18 years ago. I still am dizzy and feel nauseous - sometimes so tired I have to nap several times a day. Had blood tests from my primary care doctor - all is normal except alkaline phosphatase, which is quite elevated. Am getting tired of this, but have had no advice from my doctor.

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

As you have undergone surgery a few weeks back so I believe it’s just weakness, you should take a healthy diet and some multivitamins.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
