According to literature, there is no known drug interaction of clindamycin with alcohol, so it can be taken safely. Alcohol doesn't reduce the efficacy of the clindamycin.
But don't take it too much. The reason being both cause stomach discomfort so will be additive. Moreover you have recovered from stomach cancer, so why to irritate the mucosal lining of the organ.
