Hi,
Clindamycin 900 is a high dose of antibiotic being taken for 7 days. This brings changes in body resulting in hormonal disturbance. The endometrial thickness you have mentioned is nearing menstruation. If the drug was given only once (I don't know why it was given and what is doctors plan in future).
The spotting you had could be earlier separation of endometrium. The normal menses mostly would follow this and then return to normal cyclical menses in future. But in case the same pattern repeats in future or if the bleeding was not at end of cycle, as it appears to be. You definitely need consultation and investigations.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
