Hello,

First of all your answer, you can have pineapple while on plavix.

Plavix is a blood thinner in general term, usually given for cardiac patient.

Pineapple is very XXXXXXX in vitamins and contains good level of carbohydrate and sugar value. So if you are diabetic then you can restrict the amount. You can take it along with Plavix without any issues.
