Brief Answer: Please read below Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome to HCM! I have read your question and it reflects that you want to know about weight losing properties of Wellbutrin. Yes, you can lose weight with wellbutrin. I have seen patient losing weight of about 1-2 kg with 6-12 months of wellbutrin. However I do not approve patients taking wellbutrin for weight reduction alone since it has other side effects - increasing seizure potential, tendancy to increase blood pressure and so on.
