Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As THC ( an active ingredient of marijuana) stimulates heart to beat faster you may find usage of it danger for your repaired heart. It is advisable, after any heart surgery to prevent increased heart rate, as it rises oxygen need of heart cells and if there is any arteriosclerosis (and after radiotherapy we can be almost 100% sure that your heart blood vessels are not in excellent condition), it may cause XXXXXXX arrhythmia or even heart attack. So marijuana might be a very bad idea.
By the way, have you had a coronarography before heart surgery? It is advisable to have it as like i`ve mentioned before, radiotherapy affects blood vessels as well.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards
