Clonazepam (lonazep) is safe in pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your wife's symptoms. She is suffering from clonazepam (lonazep) dependence, where she gets withdrawal symptoms after stopping it. Lonazep can be discontinued in a systematic manner, under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
Lonazep is safe in pregnancy and you can plan to have another child. It would not harm the developing baby.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Thank you for getting back.
Withdrawal symptoms occur after stopping a medication on which a person has become dependent or addicted. In this case, your wife is dependent on clonazepam. So, after stopping it, she gets shivering, headache and sleeplessness, which are withdrawal symptoms.
She would most probably not get the myoclonic jerks after delivery of second child.
Best wishes,
