Lucentis doesn't cause vertigo usually. It might be an age related problem. Please tell me do you have any hearing loss also?
Do you feel dizzy on turning head only or otherwise too?
For how long the symptoms stay or are they continuous?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Vertigo as a side effect of lucentis is very rare.
At later age it is more common due to age related degenerative changes. You should take tablet betahistine 16 mg twice daily and tablet promethazine twice daily for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Wish you get well soon.
Take care
Thanks and regards
