Can Meftal P And Paracetamol Be Taken Together For Typhoid?
Question: My Daughter is been diagnosed with typhoid with platlates 194000, since 3 days physician has given her antibiotic 2 time daily and today he said that we can give our daughter Meftal P and Paracetamol together is that wont be overdose

what antibiotics she has been given and in what dosage?
what are the dose of maftal p and paracetamol, doctor has prescribed her?
is she still running fever?
Maftal P might have given for spasmodic pain so I would advise you to give her maftal p only when she feels such spasmodic abdominal pain otherwise give her paracetamol only .
In addition to that I would advise her to take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids as well to counter drug induced gastritis or hyperacidity.
