Question : can melatonin interact with coumadin to cause blood in urine
Brief Answer:
NO!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for contacting us at healthcare magic.
There is no interaction between coumadins and melatonin. The blood in urine is probably related to coumadin alone. I will suggest that you get your INR levels checked to make sure you are well within the target range as this might indicate an increased INR with higher risk of bleeding.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be for more information and clarifications.
