Probability:-
This type of disease is due to Bacterial Infection of the front layer of eye (Bacterial Conjunctivitis). It is manageable and she will be alright soon. The green, Sticky mattering or purulent discharge is due to infection of the eye.

Welcome back and thanks for the follow up details. I appreciate the efforts for uploading pictures in a timely fashion. Redness in her eye is very mild and is due to infection and inflammation. It will soon be over.
Well, if I was her treating Physician I would have prescribed her with Moxicip eye drops to be used only for the affected eye (2 drops, 2times a day for 5 days). And of course a follow up after that.
You may consult your local Ophthalmologist for the same prescription. He will do the physical examination and will go for the prescription accordingly.
