Question: Im going on a cruise in 13 days, period is also supposed to come in 13 days. Never taken norehisterone. Take adderall xr and wellbutrin. Im 38 years old.

Brief Answer: norethisterone can be used Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the query. According to the literature available there are no major drug interactions between adderall xr or wellbutrin and norethisterone. So, you can use norethisterone to postpone the periods. You have to start the tablets at least 5 to 6 days before the expected date of periods. And have to continue till the date you want to postpone the periods. After stopping the tablets in 4 to 5 days you may get the withdrawal bleeding. In our hospital we usually prescribe these tablets twice a day for the purpose of postponement.
