Brief Answer:
Two lines indicate possible pregnancy, consult gynecologist to terminate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your question.

Yes, two lines on the urine pregnancy strip mean that you are pregnant, and if you do not wish to continue the pregnancy, you will need to consult your gynecologist and confirm pregnancy by either doing an ultrasound scan or serum beta HCG levels.

Once the pregnancy is confirmed and any complication ruled out (like tubal pregnancy), you can terminate the pregnancy by taking medicines that will cause abortion, but these medications can and should only be taken under the supervision of a qualified gynecologist.

Panadol will not help you get your periods.

I hope I have answered your query, feel free to ask me if you have any doubts.

Best regards.
