Brief Answer:
You can take it for another day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry you are still having enough pain that you are needing pain medication. It is ok to take the paracetamol another day or two, but beyond that, if you are still having a lot of pain you should call the dentist who did the extraction as the pain should be getting much better by now.

You may want to switch to ibuprofen in place of the paracetamol now. If you have no contraindications for taking NSAIDs (stomach problems, bleeding problems, kidney deficiencies) then you can take ibuprofen 400 - 600 mg with food, 3 x/day.

But do give the dentist a call if your pain is not diminishing significantly in the next day or two.
