You can use Pedicloryl - But judiciously
Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
This irritation might last 2-3 hours and the drowsiness another 1-2 hours. This might affect his night time sleep. But as usual once the drug effect wears away he will start sleeping normally.
You can use Pedicloryl for the sake of flight journey. The usual dose is 0.5ml/kg/dose or 20mg/kg/dose. it contains the medicine at 500mg/5ml strength. I have a few questions and suggestions for you.
Questions-
1. What is your baby's weight?
2. How long is your flight journey?
3. At any point of time did your baby get admitted for any reason in the hospital if so why?
4. Is there any illness detected in the baby till now?
Suggestions-
1. It is not advisable to sedate the babies unless a painful procedure is being done.
2. Do not worry about co-passengers in flight. All of them are people and have understanding.
3. I have travelled in flight "N" number of times and every time a baby cries - it is so common.
Kindly get back with your answers to my questions.

Suggestion on Pedicloryl
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You can give Pedicloryl at 3ml maximum thrice a day. Gap between each dose should be at least 8 hours and I suggest you give him Pedicloryl 30 min before you go into the cabin. It that way he will be asleep by the time you go into cabin.
I wish your kid a speedy recovery. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link. Please find the link below.
