Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (39 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Postinor -2 and dry gin not advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX, I have gone through your question. Postinor-2 is levonorgestrel and it is an emergency contraceptive pill. It prevents the conception and implantation, but it is not effective in terminating an implanted pregnancy. It has no role in abortion.
No scientific research has been done to prove the role of dry gin in aborting a pregnancy.
Abortion can be done by medical or surgical method.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( ultrasound ) and get appropriate treatment. Abortion should be done under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
