Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

Hi i've switched contraceptives. From dep to microgynon. Today I feel nauseous, have a headache and my stomach is bloated. Could I be pregnant? Last period was a few weeks ago, although I am told this is a fake period when u stop the microgynon after 21 days.

Hi,

Depo contraceptive is long acting, while Microgynon is cyclical contraceptive. As you have switched over to cyclical contraception, there is no chance of conception. The nausea you have can be initial side effect of the new pills started.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
