Question : QI had uterine cancer and had a complete removal of uterus all cancer was removed is it ok for me to use Premarin vaginal cream?

You can use estrogen cream locally.
It will help with local health and good sexual life and is not associated with any risk now because the target organ of action has been removed.
But get a mammogram done before starting the application.
