Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You were taking Risperidone, Olanzapine, Clozapine and Prodap since 1996. Risperidone, Olanzapine and Clozapine all are antipsychotic drugs and are used in psychosis and Schizophrenia.
Now with Prodep and Sulpitac (Antipsychotic) you are improved 90%. As you have mentioned that you have Schizophrenia so I would not advise you to stop the medicines. Continue to take medicines for at least 12-24 months even if your symptoms are improved. If symptoms remain suppressed then you can consult your doctor to stop medicines.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
The drugs should be taken after meals.

Hello again
Amisulpiride or Sulpitac is not associated with much drowsiness. Similarly Prodep also doesn't cause drowsiness. Continue to take these drugs and you will see much improvement.
Prodep should be taken in morning hours preferably after breakfast. Amisulpiride you can take either in morning or in night after dinner. Yes increasing the dose will help in better symptoms control.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking a follow up
Yes increasing the dose will help to improve the symptoms of feeling anxiety in crowds and the problems of smell. These are persisting features of psychosis only and increase in dose will help to control the symptoms.
In normal cases in psychosis the doses are used in range of 200-400 mg per day. Though most individuals even respond in lesses doses.
Thanks Take care
