Can Progesteron Cream Be Taken Along With Vitamins Supplements?

Question: Can I take progesteron cream along with the vitamins supplements and evening primrose oil or will there be side effects with that? I just turned fifty and seem to be having some very unpleasant symptoms of menopause.

Natural progesterone does not induce weight gain as such.

It is due to the water retention cause by progesterone.

You should drink a green tea in the forenoon and evening which may help.
