My wife is 21 weeks pregnant and having twin fetus... and our gyne advised her to take susten 200 for 15 days one tablet daily to avoid premature delivery.... will u please advise me...is it safe to use this tablet.. and how to take susten tablet once or twice a day...and tell me about twin pregnancy diets and precautions during pregnancy

Also atleast 5 litres water daily.
Plus she should take daily iron and calcium plus vitamin D supplements.
Also, she should take a lot of rest and avoid any kind of stress, exertion or travelling unnecessarily.
Avoid bending, stretching, lifting heavy weight.
Get regular exams by your doctor .
Get your blood pressure, blood sugar and hemoglobin levels checked regularly.

Her EDD is 2nd April as per her last cycle which was 27th Jun 15...the date is confirmed or babies will come out before EDD...??
