Brief Answer:
Epistaxis. Warfarin dose should be reviewed after a Coagulogram.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Yes, this nasal bleeding (epistaxis) is likely to be related to the Warfarin. This should not happen normally. It is a potential side effect of blood thinning medications.

2. Bring this to the attention of your doctor. Get a Coagulogram done and review the dose of Warfarin.

3. A nasal examination and endoscopy will help rule out any local cause.

If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
