Can Wellbutrin And Advil Be Taken Together?

Question: I take wellbuton, vii. and now I am taking advil for pain could there be any reaction, I took two extra strength around 3;00 and it does not help the pain in my left hip so now I tried advil tonight taking only 1 tw00 mg tablet
Brief Answer:
Wellbutrin and Advil do not interact
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The medical literature does not find any interaction between Wellbutrin (Buproprion) and Advil (Ibuprofen 800mg) Extra strength.
If you are regular user of pain killers you need to be extra careful for every dose of Advil. If you have gastritis, heart disease or lower kidney functions refrain from extra doses. Since you had not mentioned in your medical history about these I think you can use pain killers without any problem.
Hope this helps.
