Can Whey Protein Be Consumed While Experiencing Tiredness After Workout?
I am a fitness freak and workout in Gym almost 2 hours per day since around 6-8 months. My Gym instructor suggests me to take the Whey Protein supplement for building the body fast and to have more stamina. Do you suggest to take this supplement if I am experiencing tiredness after doing gym? Just to clear that we are not exaggerating the body with more weights nor to build the body quickly. Want to take time, and go the natural way.
If you suggest to take any other food like Eggs or so, or should I take the Whey Powder directly.
I eat only eggs and other veg foodies.
High protein, sufficient carbohydrates and low fat.

Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,
For body building purpose, you must take protien riched foods like
eggs(6 gram protein),
Milk (1 cup- 8 gram protein),
Cheese(1 cup-30 gram protein),
Yogurt(1 cup 10 gram protein),
Soy beans (1 cup 30 gram protein),
Peanuts(2 TSF-8 gram protein),
Almonds(1 cup -30 to 35 gram protein),
Cashews(1 cup- 20 to 25 gram protein).
Can you tell me your height and body weight?
Our daily requirement of protein is approximately 50 gram per day person whose weight is 60 kg.
You can calculate yours daily requirement and if you have to build up more muscle mass then you must take food riched of proteins as I mentioned above.
If you are experiencing of tiredness after gym work out, then you can go for your haemoglobin check up.
Apart from protein, you should also take sufficient carbohydrates as they are the high source of energy and specially the persons who works physically hard or doing gymnasium for 2 hours in a day, must take carbohydrates in a sufficient quantity.
It could also solve your problem like getting tiredness after work outs with 4 to 5 liter of water per day.
You can also take protein whey powders available in market but I would suggest you to take protein from the diet rich of protein and that will be the more natural way to build up body muscle mass as you required.
Do ask if there is any query further.
Thanks and Regards,

My Height is 5' 9" and my weight is 77 Kg. As per the BMI Calculations, it's slightly overweight and I am trying hard to reduce my weight by regular jogging and cycling.
While jogging, my heart rate varies from 100 till 180 and that gives me a lot of exhausted feeling. 180 heart rate while I run fast at a speed of 10 kmph.
Possible for you to tell how much protein will be required daily, how much water consumption, and how much of carbohydrate?
Also, I had done my Lipid Profile last month and my Haemoglobin was 13.6, which I feel is normal.
Also Will consumption of eggs daily can cause issues in digestions? Can I consume daal at home daily which also may be a good protein supplement?
Thanks,
As per below explanation.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow-up query,
As per your given height and weight. your BMI would be around 26 which is slightly on a higher side but should not be the issue here.
As you do exercises like jogging or cycling, it is quite normal to have a high heart rate during heavy work outs even beyond 120 to 150/mins and it will come down to normal within a few minutes of cessation of exercise.
Your exhausted feeling could be due to low stamina (haemoglobin-13 gm% is normal) and by the regular exercises the stamina will increase gradually over the period of months. So,you should not much bother about it.
Your daily requirement of protein should be approximately 70 gram per day and carbohydrates should be approximately 300 grams per day when you are working hard in gym daily for 2 hours. Water consumption as I said earlier should be 4 to 5 L per day.
Eggs are not known to cause any gastrointestinal side effects like diarrhea or constipation or gastritis or gastroenteritis. You can take daily 2 boiled eggs in which egg white portion is a good source of protein and egg yellow or egg yolk is a rich source of fats.
What I have mentioned in the above list is a rich source of protein but you can eat ‘daals’ of all kinds which are also a good source of protein.
I would further advise you to take fruits and green leafy vegetables also because they are having nutrients like vitamins and minerals which is equally necessary for our health.
