Brief Answer: there is some risk of interactions Detailed Answer: HI, thanks for using healthcare magic Metoclopramide (reglan) is an antiemetic (used for vomiting) and gastroprokinetic agent (increases the movement of food and fluid along the intestines) medication. xanax is used for insomnia and short term use in anxiety. There is some moderate interaction between these 2 drugs. If used together there is increased risk of dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating.These effects may or may not occur with you. It would be best to have an interval between taking these medications. I hope this helps
