I read your question and i understand your cocnern. Yohimbine is a herbal extract and works in ED as both yohimbine ingredient or yohimbine bark. However at the age of 30 already on cialis and simultaneous use of yohimbine will cause pharmacodynamic synergism and potentiate each other effects and side effects. So i would suggest to visit a sex therapist and only used if prescribed and recommended by them otherwise stick to either one only if prescribed. Let your sex therapist find out possible cause for this ED and see if sex therapy can help alone.
