Nerve roots may be pinched in spine in lateral neural canal during exit or may be centrally compressed.
It may be due to prolapsed inter vertebral disc,osteophytes,arthropathy etc.
In MRI ,nerve pinch is indicated by compression along its normal position by surrounding structures.
If you wish you can send images and report for review.
If compression is severe then it may be need surgical intervention for decompression.
Initially patient may need conservative treatment like physiotherapy etc.
Surgery is advised in non responding cases.
