Brief Answer:
Can have gout and high PSA but not related to each other

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A person with gout can have an elevated PSA but the PSA value is not affected by the diagnosis of gout or any of the medications used for gout.

There are factors that affect PSA levels such as: (1) medication eg finasteride
(2)infection or inflammation such as prostatitis
(3)age
(4)lab variations

Gout would not affect it.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
