Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that Sudafed contains pseudoephedrine, which may cause a raise in your blood pressure. So, it should be used in low doses and under close monitoring of your blood pressure (you should measure your blood pressure frequently during the day).
Regarding Hydralazine it is just a vasodilator. It is not an MAOI. It helps lower your blood pressure.
If you are taking Hydralazine, its effects may be lower because of Sudafed (which makes the opposite, by raising blood pressure). But it is not contraindicated to use them both.
The only caution is a close monitoring of your blood pressure during the day.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
