Can A Pulsating Vein In The Right Arm Be Dangerous?
Question: I just noticed in my upper right arm, the vein (or artery) is pulsating noticeably. is this a cause for concern?
Brief Answer:
Check your BP, pulse rate
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
What you see on the skin of the arm a vein and not an artery. Arteries are deeply embedded under the muscles.
If it is just one vein that is pulsating you should not be concerned. However I suggest you to take a record of your current BP and heart rate.
If there is a change in the BP and pulse rate than earlier or unusually higher or lower please check with local RNP.
Hope this assures you.
