Question: I have GERD , I have been going to gym from 1 months,
I do Dumbell Bicep Curls, Bench Presses sometimes Squat.
Will this cause esophageal cancer?

As said in one of the other conversations, any exercise that involves abdominal muscle will worsen the GERD symptoms.
Uncontrolled GERD over a long period of time leads to a condition called Barrett's esophagus in a small percentage of patient.
Barrett's esophagus in a small percentage of patients can cause esophageal cancer.

But Sir I Have some Doubts, I have made some Strategies for Workouts.
1) I eat fibre and Protein rich foods in moderate amount before my Pre-workout
i.e 2 hours. This to avoid any acid reflux
2) After My POst-workout 1 consume avacado , 3 white eggs and 2 chapatis
3) Apart from my workout i will be hydrated whole day by drinking water sip by sip
4) Exercises like Squats involve our abdomen muscle , but rest of the exercies like Biceps Curl, Shoulder Dumbell Press and Bench Press Wont affect the Abdomen Muscle That much, Correct If i am Wrong ?
5) I never consume Junks Like Soda, Chips, Burgers and Pizzas Juice with Artificial Sugars (I have eliminated Completely Fried Foods whether it is Homemade or Outside Food and also Sugar).
So this is my Routine , Can You suggest me now if i need to make any changes
