I seem to be having difficulty swallowing and it feels like I have a muscle that is somehow caught over the esophagus. I have been able to get the muscle to move by pushing on the esophagus and it feels like it releases, but I am unable to get it to do so for sometime. Is this something that I should get checked? Should I go to an emergency room?
