Can An STD Cause Bubbles In Urine?

Ultrasound and urinalysis are sufficient
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be a benign condition as urinalysis is normal. In the setting of having some abnormal connection of bladder or urethra else where the contents of urine on urinalysis would have been markedly different and not normal.
For further reassurance other renal function tests , ultrasound KUB would be sufficient and both pre and post void films should be taken. Micturition urogram or studies are not needed. With your age group prostate enlargement should be ruled out.
Drink more amounts of water and if these labs turn out to be normal then there is no need to be worried or concerned about it.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards.

Ultrasound will reveal any gross abnormality
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Any abnormal connection of bladder with gut may cause the air but in such cases the urinalysis must show derangement specially in bile acid substrates.
Also that the ultrasound will reveal any such connection. Antibiotics use isn't normally associated with any such complication.
Normally PSA isn't confirmatory either and ultrasound will still be helpful. If other tests are normal it will resolve on its own otherwise isn't a matter of concern.
Let me know if your having any further queries.
Regards.
