Can it cause the mind to go blank
Brief Answer:
Less probable sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Anxiety can cause the mind to worry more and overthink many events, issues, and simple issues or problems. But depending from person-to-person it can indeed cause a different reaction, but in my opinion sir; a blank mind is uncommon with an anxious person.
Hope this makes things more clear for you sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

When I drive sometimes I get lost feeling for about 3 seconds I never get lost I always end up exactly where I want to go but I second guess my self then get the confused feeling. I've had it for about 3 years do you think it could be a brain tumor
Brief Answer:
Neurologist consultation mandatory sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir.
I cannot be sure at this point without a detailed physical examination and of course an MRI of your brain. But it would be wise to get yourself elaborately evaluated by a neurologist sir.
You are quite young to be suffering from this symptom which is why conditions like ADHD should also be ruled out. A detailed discussion with your neurologist about details on your history, and trying to find out exactly when your symptoms started would certainly help sir. More commonly seen in older individuals, a circulatory problem to the brain can also cause such an issue. This can also be a side effect of various medications, so please also discuss your drug history with your neurologist.
I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please do not hesitate to write to me about anything, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

I'm a hypochondriac I don't really get confused in my mind I feel it but I have never got list. It seems to only happen when I am anxious and I also have generalized anxiety disorder
Brief Answer:
We should treat your anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Thank you for that information.
Of course as I mentioned, getting lost can be possible or memory abnormalities could some how be related to anxiety although not commonly seen or documented. Noticing it to appear only when you appear anxious is a good observation and should be further looked into by a doctor.
One of the approaches would be to treat anxiety well enough in order to avoid anxiety, and if anxiety is prevented may be we can prevent the 'getting lost' event as well sir. So I would recommend a psychiatrist to help treat the anxiety and at the same time get elaborately evaluated to rule out other causes as well.
Hope this helps you sir.
Best wishes.

Just hope it's not a tumor it's been on and off for 3 years with no other symptons
Brief Answer:
In my opinion it seems unlikely sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
For your reference I would like to list some of the most common symptoms of a brain tumor. But I should also inform you that some symptoms are location-specific (meaning: a few symptoms depend on the location of the tumour, as symptoms would be relating to the affected region). But for now, I shall list the most common symptoms:
+Headaches
+Problems with balance
+Vision problems (blurry vision, or even loss of vision)
+Nausea
+Vomiting
+Hearing trouble
+Speech difficulty
+Confusion or disorientation
+Changes in your personality (e.g. a normally calm person can start behaving in a more aggressive manner, etc.)
+Seizures
and a few other less common or location-specific symptoms.
Let us hope it is not a tumour, but after going through the above symptoms don't you think a tumour is unlikely? Although, I would request you to leave the decision to your doctor as he/she would be able to accurately examine you and come to a conclusion.
I hope you find my responses both helpful and informative. I would be more than happy to help you sir, you can always depend on me.
Best wishes.
